Please find below the Terms and Conditions on which Elm Skin Clinics provides service to its patients.
Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any consultation or treatment.
If you have any queries, please feel free to contact us by telephone on 07925 594433 or via email at [email protected].
Patient Terms & Conditions
- Full payment (less any booking fee paid) is due at the time that treatment is carried out. We accept cash, debit, credit card or bacs. If payment is not made or received then we reserve the rights to instruct a solicitor to obtain the funds which the patient owes. The patient will be liable for all costs incurred.
- During your free consultation, it will have been explained to you that you may need more product, e.g. dermal fillers to achieve your desired result. We will endeavour to give you an estimate of your treatment options.
- If you have a Botox/Bocouture treatment and it does not meet your expectations, it will have been explained in your initial consultation that every patient is different and that what may work for one patient may not for another. Elm Skin Clinics are required to practice safely and cannot keep injecting more product. No refunds will be given if the treatment does not meet your expectations.
- Face to face consultations are required before all Botox/Bocouture treatments, and patients will need to schedule an appointment for treatment.
- Please note: that we only treat over 18’s and that you may be required to verify your age with Photo I.D. to comply with The Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021.
Booking Fee Policy
The following booking fees are required by all new patients, and by existing patients who have in the past broken an appointment without giving 7 days notice.
Fillers and Anti-wrinkle Injections – £30
All other Treatments and Consultations – £30
These fees must be paid immediately on requesting an appointment. I cannot hold appointments without a booking fee due to the large amount of late cancellations. Your appointment can only be confirmed when I have received your deposit. If your booking fee and appointment has not been confirmed by me within 24 hrs please contact me at [email protected] or telephone 07925 594433, otherwise your appointment will be given to another patient.
You can make your payment using the button at the bottom of the website, or if the button is not functioning for any reason by requesting that I send an invoice to your email address. Booking fee payments can also be made by cash at the clinic, or by bacs. I do not accept cheques nor payment currently over the telephone.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
- I require at least 7 days notice of an appointment cancellation
- Booking fees will not be refundable for anyone who has previously cancelled without giving 7 days notice
Treatment Appointments
- You can put the booking fee of £30 towards the cost of your treatment at your appointment. If you decide not to go ahead with treatment at your appointment, the booking fee will be refunded to you upon request. This can take up to 10 working days to be credited back to your card.
- If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, the booking fee can be refunded upon request as long as you give me 7 days notice. Cancellations within 7 days are not refundable
Consultation Appointments
- Consultations at Elm Skin Clinics are free. Consultation appointments are standalone appointments (usually 30 minutes) in which the patient and consultant discuss treatment but none is carried out.
- I do, however, take a £30 booking fee at the point of booking a consultation appointment.
- The £30 booking fee is then refunded to you upon request as long as you attend your appointment. This can take up to 10 working days to be credited back to your card.
- If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, the £30 can be refunded upon request as long as you give me 7 days notice. Cancellations within 7 days are not refundable.
- You can also keep the £30 on your account with me as credit towards future treatments.
Refusal of Treatments
- Elm Skin Clinics reserve the right to refuse treatment where Esther deems it inappropriate for any reason and her decision is final in this regard.
- Please note that we do not provide treatments for anyone aged under 18 years.
- Elm Skin Clinics reserve the right to refuse treatment to any patient who repeatedly cancels appointments without 7 days notice, whether a booking fee has been received or not.
Act of God
- Elm Skin Clinics does not issue refunds for Acts of God. An Act of God is defined as an event outside of human control such as sudden floods, earthquakes or other natural disasters, for which no one can be held responsible. This also includes weather-related issues such as snow, ice, floods etc.
- If Elm Skin Clinics chooses to cancel a clinic due to an Act of God then it is not liable for any loss resulting to the patient as a result of this cancelled clinic. Elm Skin Clinics will make all reasonable effort to replace a cancelled clinic by arranging an alternative date but this cannot be guaranteed. Where the majority of patients for that clinic have been affected, this will be made free of additional charge.
